Silicon Legal represented SignalFire as they joined Outmarket AI’s $17 million Series A round.

Outmarket AI is an AI platform purpose-built for insurance brokerages, delivering intelligent workflows across commercial, benefits, personal lines, and specialty insurance.

The round was led by Permanent Capital Ventures and included investments from, in addition to SignalFire, Fika Ventures, TTV Capital, Dash Fund and others.

Silicon Legal’s SignalFire client team includes Ian Peck, Andre Gharakhanian, and Michelle Chern.
