Silicon Legal represented Siteline as they raised a $15MM Series A Round.

Siteline is using technology to expedite construction payments and empower contractors.

The round was led by Menlo Ventures with participation from Designer Fund, South Park Commons Fund, and a number of angels.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Rebecca Tseng Grant, Jon Loebl, and Corin Medrano.
