Silicon Legal represented Springbank as they joined Parento’s $5.9 million Seed II Round.

Parento is a provider of comprehensive paid parental leave insurance with employee support services.

The round was led by ResilienceVC and included investments from, in addition to Springbank, Kapor Capital, Bread & Butter Ventures, Operator Stack, Coyote Ventures, ffVC, Human Ventures, Precursor, Cross Impact, K Street, Evidenced, and Avesta.
