Silicon Legal represented Springbank as they joined Rec’s $11 million Series A round.

Rec is a technology company serving the parks and recreation industry.

The round was led by Crosslink Capital and included investments from, in addition to Springbank, NFX, Precursor Ventures, Long Journey Ventures, Marquee Ventures, and several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Springbank client team includes P. Charu Satia and Nicole Tate-Naghi.
