Silicon Legal represented Swift Navigation as they raised a $50 million Series C round.

Swift Navigation, a San Francisco-based software provider, is on a mission to enable the future of autonomous vehicles through its state-of-the-art, GNSS platform (Global Navigation Satellite System). The company’s products deliver 100 times better accuracy than the GPS in a cell phone, at a fraction of the cost of similar providers.  The round was led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and included additional investment from Eclipse Ventures, EPIQ Capital Group, and KDDI Open Innovation Fund, among others.
