Silicon Legal represented Toyota AI Ventures as they joined Joby Aviation’s $590 million Series C financing. Toyota AI Ventures previously participated in Joby Aviation’s $100 million Series B financing in February 2018.

Joby Aviation is a developer of electric personal aircraft created to revolutionize personal mobility. The financing was led by Toyota Motor and included investments from, in addition to Toyota AI Ventures, Intel Capital and JetBlue Technology Ventures.
