Silicon Legal represented Toyota AI Ventures as they joined Parallel Domain’s $11 million Series A financing.

Parallel Domain is a Palo Alto-based, synthetic data platform that allows AI companies to test and deploy their technologies efficiently. The financing round was led by Foundry Group, and included investment from, in addition to Toyota AI Ventures, Calibrate Ventures, Costanoa Ventures, and Ubiquity Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Charu Satia, Mike Perez, and Tommy Szalasny.
