Silicon Legal represented Toyota AI Ventures as they joined Realtime Robotics’ $31.4MM Series A round.

Realtime Robotics is developing technology that enables robots to alter their motions in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

The round included investment from, in addition to Toyota AI Ventures, HAHN Automation, SAIC Capital Management, Soundproof Ventures, Heroic Ventures, Sparx Asset Management, Omron Ventures, Scrum Ventures, and Duke Angels.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Charu Satia and Tommy Szalasny.
