Silicon Legal represented Toyota AI as they joined Revel’s $27.6 million Series A financing.

Revel is a shared electric vehicle company. The financing was led by Ibex Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Toyota AI, Maniv Mobility Blue Collective and Launch Capital.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Brian Schlinkert, Charu Satia, and Mike Perez.
