Silicon Legal represented Toyota AI Ventures as they joined Sea Machines Robotics’ $15 million Series B financing.

Sea Machines is the lead autonomous vessel software provider for the marine and maritime sector. The financing was led by Accomplice and included investment from, in addition to Toyota AI Ventures, Brunswick (through investment partner TechNexus), Geekdom Fund, NextGen Venture Partners, Eniac VC, and LaunchCapital, among others.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Charu Satia, Mike Perez, and Tommy Szalasny.
