Silicon Legal represented Toyota AI Ventures as they joined Sea Machines Robotics’ $10 million Series A financing.

Sea Machines Robotics develops autonomous control technology for marine vessels. The financing was led by Accomplice VC and included investments from, in addition to Toyota AI Ventures, Brunswick Corp., through its investment partner TechNexus Venture Collaborative, Eniac Ventures, NextGen VP and others.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Coleman Cannon, Charu Satia & Mike Perez.
