Silicon Legal Strategy represented Toyota Ventures as they co-led Oxylus Energy’s $4.5 million seed round.

Oxylus Energy is refining the production of green methanol, a versatile chemical that can help decarbonize hard-to-abate sectors such as shipping, aviation, and petrochemicals.

The round was co-led by Toyota Ventures and Azolla Ventures, with participation from Earth Foundry and Connecticut Innovations.
