Silicon Legal represented Toyota Ventures as they joined Agtonomy’s $22.5 million Series A round.

Agtonomy partners with established equipment manufacturers to transform tractors and agriculture machines into autonomous and remote-controlled equipment that is accessible to local farmers.

The round was led by Momenta and included investments from, in addition to Toyota Ventures, Doosan Bobcat North America.

Silicon Legal’s Toyota Ventures client team includes P. Charu Satia, Coleman Cannon, Mike Perez, and Charlie Clark.
