Silicon Legal represented Toyota Ventures as they joined Agtonomy’s $32.8 million Series A round.

Agtonomy is a pioneer in AI-enabled automation software for agriculture and land maintenance.

The round was led by Autotech Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Toyota Ventures, Rethink Food, Allison Transmission, Black Forest Ventures, Flybridge, and Cavallo Partners.
