Silicon Legal represented Toyota Ventures as they joined Apex’s $95 million Series B round.

Apex is an aerospace company that is standardizing satellite buses to more efficiently send payload into orbit.

The round was co-led by XYZ Venture Capital and CRV and included investments from, in addition to Toyota Ventures, Upfront, 8VC, Point72 Ventures, Mirae Asset Capital, Outsiders Fund, GSBackers, Andreessen Horowitz, Shield Capital, J2 Ventures, Ravelin, Avalon Capital Group, and several angel investors.
