Silicon Legal represented Toyota Ventures as they joined BurnBot’s $20 million Series A round.

BurnBot builds and operates systems that scale fuel treatment to prevent destructive wildfires.

The round was led by ReGen Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Toyota Ventures, AmFam Ventures, Convective Capital, Blue Forest Asset Management, and others.

Silicon Legal’s Toyota Ventures client team includes P. Charu Satia, Coleman Cannon, Mike Perez, and Charlie Clark.
