Silicon Legal represented Toyota Ventures as they joined e-Zinc’s $25MM Series A round.

e-Zinc is the developer of a breakthrough electrochemical technology for storing energy in zinc metal, allowing for a low-cost, flexible, and long-duration energy solution that will provide the platform for the world’s energy markets to be fully powered by renewable energy.

The round was led by Anzu Partners, and included investments from, in addition to Toyota Ventures, BDC Capital, Eni Next, Energy Foundry and others.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, P. Charu Satia, Shannon Meyer and Tommy Szalasny.
