Silicon Legal represented Toyota Ventures as they joined Ion Storage Systems’ $30 million Series A round.

Ion Storage Systems creates batteries that are safer, lighter, and enable form factors with tighter packing density that enhance system performance.

The round was co-led by VoLo Earth Ventures, Clear Creek Investments and Alsop Louie Partners, with participation from, in addition to Toyota Ventures, Tenaska, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited and others.
