Silicon Legal represented Toyota Ventures as they joined May Mobility’s $105 million Series D round.

May Mobility is making transit more sustainable, safe, accessible and equitable by building autonomous vehicle technology that works in the real world.

The round was led by NTT Group and included investments from, in addition to Toyota Ventures, Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company, State Farm Ventures®, BMW i Ventures, Cyrus Capital, and Trucks Venture Capital.
