Silicon Legal represented Toyota Ventures as they joined Pickle Robot Company’s $50 million Series B round.

Pickle Robot Company is developing robotic solutions to automate the challenging process of unloading non-palletized goods from trucks and containers.

The round included investments from, in addition to Toyota Ventures, a strategic customer, Teradyne Robotics Ventures, Ranpak, Third Kind Venture Capital, One Madison Group, Hyperplane, Catapult Ventures, and others.

Silicon Legal’s Toyota Ventures client team includes P. Charu Satia, Coleman Cannon, Mike Perez, Charlie Clark, and Steve James.
