Silicon Legal represented Toyota Ventures as they joined Revel’s $126MM Series B Round.

Revel is a transportation company that is creating infrastructure and shared electric vehicle fleets. Through the Revel app, users can rent electric mopeds, sign up for monthly eBike subscriptions, or find fast-charging stations compatible with any brand of EV.

The round was led by BlackRock Renewable Power, and in addition to Toyota Ventures, included investments Goodyear Ventures, Shell Ventures, Broadscale Group, the St Baker Energy Innovation Fund, Obsidian Ventures and an account managed by Knighthead Capital Management..
