Silicon Legal represented Toyota Ventures as they joined River’s $40 million Series B round.

River is building high-quality electric mobility solutions designed to better the livelihoods of people around the world.

The round was led by Yamaha Motor Co. and included investments from, in addition to Toyota Ventures, Al-Futtaim Automotive and Lowercarbon Capital.
