Silicon Legal represented Union Labs as they joined 99 Counties’ $3.8MM Pre-Seed round.

99 Counties is a marketplace building a vertically-integrated platform for farmers, entrepreneurs, and consumers to support Regenerative Farmers to bring products to market and offer healthy, nutrient-dense foods to consumers.

The round was led by OMERS Ventures, and included investments from GV and Supply Change Capital in addition to Union Labs.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, and Chris Rosene.
