Silicon Legal represented Union Labs as they joined Antimatter’s $12 million Series A round.

Antimatter is an infrastructure service for B2B SaaS that fundamentally solves data security and privacy requirements.

The round was led by NEA with participation from, in addition to Union Labs, General Catalyst and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck and Chris Rosene.
