Silicon Legal represented Union Labs as they joined Butlr Technologies’ $7.9MM Seed Round.

Butlr Technologies is a private-by-design people sensing platform using body heat to detect occupancy, headcount and activity, and generate accurate, real-time and historical spatial insights.

The round was led by Hyperplane with participation from, in addition to Union Labs, Founder Collective, 500 Startups, SOSV, E14 Fund, Tectonic Ventures, Scott Belsky, Chad Laurans and Sunny Vu.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian and Ian Peck.
