Silicon Legal Strategy represented Union Labs Ventures as they joined Foundation EGI’s $23 million Series A round.

Foundation’s EGI platform is built to accelerate every stage of the product development cycle—from research and design to manufacturing and documentation—empowering engineers to build better products, faster and more efficiently.

The round was led by Translink Capital, with participation from Union Labs, RRE Ventures, McRock Capital, Escape Investment Management, Fifth Growth Fund, E14 Fund, GRIDS Capital and Henry Ford III.

Silicon Legal’s Union Labs client team includes Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, and Nicole Nazarian.
