Silicon Legal represented Union Labs Ventures as they joined Pico MES’ $12 million Series A round.

Pico MES Inc. is developing a factory operations platform that helps small and mid-sized factories improve product quality and visualize their supply chain.

The round included investments from, in addition to Union Labs Ventures, Bosch Ventures, Momenta, Counterpart Ventures, Lemnos, Congruent Ventures, and SE Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Union Labs Ventures client team includes Ian Peck, Andre Gharakhanian, and Chris Rosene.
