Silicon Legal represented Union Labs Ventures as they joined Urban Sky’s $9.75 million Series A round.

Urban Sky’s zero-emission Stratospheric Microballoon delivers broad area, high-resolution aerial imagery and wildfire monitoring at costs drastically less than satellites, aircraft, or drones.

The round was co-led by New Legacy Ventures, Lerer Hippeau and Lavrock Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Union Labs Ventures, Catapult Ventures, DA Ventures and TenOneTen Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Union Labs Ventures client team includes Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck and Chris Rosene.
