Silicon Legal represented Vectr Fintech Partners as they joined Paradigm’s $35 million Series A round.

Paradigm is a zero fee, institutional liquidity network for derivative traders.

The round was co-led by Jump Capital and Alameda Ventures, and included investments from, in addition to Vectr Fintech Partners, Genesis Trading, QCP Capital and various other investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Sarah Boulden and Kevin Morrissey.
