Silicon Legal represented ViaBot as they raised a $6.1MM Round.

ViaBot is a San Francisco based startup that develops outdoor maintenance robots for commercial properties. ViaBot provides a software platform that allows users to control the robot and file reports, as well as give them real-time information and visibility of the property. Baseline Ventures, Morado Ventures, Grit Ventures and SOSV participated in the round.
