Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Cellino’s $80 million Series A round.

Cellino’s mission is to automize stem cell therapy manufacturing and make personalized regenerative medicines viable at large scale.

The round was led by Leaps by Bayer, 8VC, Humboldt, and included investments from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, existing investors The Engine and Khosla, and others.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Bryce Wilson, Kevin Morrissey, Tina Lee and Chris Rosene.
