Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined CoProcure’s $22 million Series A round.

CoProcure is a San Francisco-based marketplace for government contracts. By aggregating public data into one online tool, CoProcure provides free technical infrastructure to power the spirit of collaboration in public procurement.
The round was led by Forerunner Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Leadout Capital, Marco Zappacosta, Katrina Lake, and Dan Lewis.

The Silicon Legal client team included Sarah Boulden, Gaurav Mathur, P. Charu Satia, Larry Suh, and Bryce Wilson.
