Silicon Legal represented Fizz as they raised a $4.5 million seed round.

Fizz is a private and authenticated platform designed to revolutionize the social fabric of communities, starting with colleges.

The round was led by Fizz’ own CEO, Rakesh Mathur, and included investments from Lightspeed, Octane and other angels.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Kevin Morrissey, Jon Loebl and Derrick Metriyakool.
