Silicon Legal represented Decentriq as they raised a $5 million in venture debt financing.

Decentriq’s SaaS data clean rooms enable companies around the globe to collaborate with other organizations on their most sensitive datasets and create value for their clients.

The round was led by Silicon Valley Bank.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Kevin Morrissey and Corin Medrano.
