Silicon Legal represented Toyota Ventures as they joined Avalanche Energy’s $40 million Series A round.

Avalanche Energy is designing, building and testing micro-fusion reactors that are small enough to fit on a desk.

The round was led by Lowercarbon Capital and, in addition to Toyota Ventures, included investments from Founders Fund, Congruent Ventures, Grantham Foundation, Clear Path, Autodesk, MCJ Collective, and the Climate Capital Syndicate.
