Michael Levin is an associate at Silicon Legal Strategy.  Michael represents technology companies at every stage of the corporate life cycle, including entity formation, general business and corporate governance matters, commercial contracts, debt and equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions.  Michael also advises venture capital investors on their investments into technology companies of every stage and level of sophistication. 

Prior to joining SLS, Michael was an associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP and SPZ Legal, PC, where he advised entrepreneurs, venture capital investors and technology startups. Michael began law school at age 19 at Columbia Law School, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, and received his J.D. with high pro bono honors from Stanford Law School, where he served as Executive Editor of the Stanford Environmental Law Journal. Michael also holds an M.S. in Environment & Resources from Stanford Earth, a B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley and an A.A. in Mathematics from College of the Canyons.

When not at work, Michael enjoys watching NBA basketball, traveling and popular science.
