Navneet Mattu is an associate at Silicon Legal Strategy.

Navneet represents emerging companies on corporate formations, early and late stage venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate governance. Navneet also advises venture capital investors on their investments in technology companies.

Prior to joining SLS, Navneet was an associate at Perkins Coie LLP, where she advised private companies and venture capital investors on various corporate transactions.

Navneet received her law degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco and her undergraduate degree from University of California, Davis.

Navneet is licensed to practice law in California.

Outside of work, Navneet enjoys hiking, baking, and watching basketball.
