Robert Moore is an associate at Silicon Legal Strategy.

Robert provides strategic counsel to high-growth startups and venture investors, guiding them through formation, fundraising, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions. A Silicon Valley native, he’s passionate about counseling founders to best position their businesses for success.

Prior to joining SLS, Robert was a member of the Technology Companies Group in the Santa Monica office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP.

Robert received his law degree from the UCLA School of Law and is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration magna cum laude.

Robert is licensed to practice law in California.

Beyond their legal work, Robert enjoys Barry’s Bootcamp, dinners out and traveling (Paris is his favorite).
