Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Remark’s $16 million Series A round.

Remark is a startup developing AI-powered e-commerce tools built on human expertise.

The round was led by Inspired Capital and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Stripe, Spero Ventures, Shine Capital, Visible Ventures, and several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Carson Jackson, Joshua Fuller, Nicole Nazarian, and Michelle Chern.
