Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Moment’s $36 million Series B round.

Moment is a company automating trading and portfolio management workflows for fixed income teams.

The round was led by Index Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Venrock, and Contrary Capital.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Carson Jackson, Joshua Fuller, Nicole Nazarian, and Michelle Chern.
