Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Vibecode’s $9.4 million Series A round.

Vibecode is a no code AI-powered mobile app that builds mobile apps.

The round was led by Seven Seven Six and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Afore Capital, First Harmonic Group, and Long Journey Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Josh Fuller, Nicole Nazarian, and Michelle Chern.
