Silicon Legal represented Calibrate Ventures as they co-led Grid Aero’s $6 million Seed round.

Grid Aero is pioneering the future of autonomous cargo logistics with rugged, long-range aircraft built for scale and resilience.

In addition to Calibrate Ventures, the round was co-led by Ubiquity Ventures and included investments from Commonweal Ventures, Boost VC, and Calm Ventures.
