Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they joined Aven’s $110 million Series E Round.

Aven is a fintech company known for its home-equity-backed credit cards.

The round was led by Khosla Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Caffeinated Capital, General Catalyst, GIC, Electric Capital, and Founders Fund.
