Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Tutor Intelligence’s $34 million Series A round.

Tutor Intelligence is a provider of an AI-powered fleet of warehouse robot workers.

The round was led by Union Square Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Fundomo.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Nicole Nazarian, Michelle Chern, and Josh Fuller.
