Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Amperos Health’s $16 million Series A round.

Amperos Health is a developer of an AI-powered insurance revenue recovery platform for healthcare providers.

The round was led by Bessemer Venture Partners and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Uncork Capital.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Josh Fuller, Michelle Chern, Nicole Nazarian, and Nikhil Sharma.
