Silicon Legal represented Emerson Collective as they joined InduPro’s $77 million Series B round.

InduPro is a biotechnology company defining and harnessing proximity biology to develop therapeutics for cancer and autoimmune diseases.

The round was led by The Column Group and included investments from, in addition to Emerson Collective, Vida Ventures, MRL Ventures Fund, Euclidean Capital, Solasta Ventures, Sanofi, and Eli Lilly and Company.

Silicon Legal’s Emerson Collective client team includes Kevin Morrissey, Andre Gharakhanian, Madelyn Tarr, Michelle Chern, and Navneet Mattu.
