Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Transfyr Bio’s $25 million Seed Round.

Transfyr Bio is a physical AI infrastructure platform for laboratory science.

The round was led by General Catalyst and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Lux Capital, Breakout Ventures, Factory, SV Angel, MVP Ventures, Underscore VC, Lyda Hill, and several individual investors.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Michelle Chern, Nicole Nazarian-Cmolik, Nikhil Sharma, and Olivia Miranda.
