Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Forus’ $150 million Series C Round.

Forus is an AI-powered platform that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma companies to help patients access new medicines.

The round was led by Bain Capital Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Thrive Capital, General Catalyst, Accel, Redpoint, BoxGroup, Pear VC, Avra, Human Capital, Vast Ventures, and SV Angel.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Michelle Chern, Nicole Nazarian-Cmolik, Nikhil Sharma, and Olivia Miranda.
