Silicon Legal represented Neo as they joined Furo’s $4 million Round.

Furo is a Germany-based developer of software for industrial battery storage systems.

The round was led by TQ Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Neo, Sandberg Bernthal Venture Partners and CDTM.

Silicon Legal’s Neo client team includes Sarah Boulden, P. Charu Satia, Gaurav Mathur, Michelle Chern, Nicole Nazarian-Cmolik, Nikhil Sharma, and Olivia Miranda.
