Silicon Legal represented MHS Capital as they joined SendCutSend’s Series B Round.

SendCutSend is a custom metal parts manufacturer that turns customers’ designs into finished parts.

The round was led by Spark Capital and included investments from, in addition to MHS Capital, CRV, Sequoia Capital, and Paradigm.

Silicon Legal’s MHS Capital client team includes Coleman Cannon, Rebecca Tseng Grant, John Koerper, and Aaliya Kapadia.
